How to lock the screen on a blackberry torch so that it does not rotate.

If you are like me and use the blackberry while lying down or lying on your back and then you turn and of course the screen turns, well recently I brought a new app called quick launcher which allows me to stop the screen from rotating although it is annoying as you have to change the option every time you go into a new app. Once you've downloaded quick launcher go into the option and enable "tilt lock to system menu" and then whenever you need to stop your screen from rotating then just press the bb menu and press QL lock tilt.
